Thanks to Alan and Margaret who were very friendly and generous when we visited Killiecrankie recently by water. Alan loaned some fossicking equipment and a mooring for our boat Pelican. We were shown the diamonds, some set recently by Margaret. We watched the tame wallabies being fed, and we were presented with a jar of home made chutney, and some fresh silver beet. Alan grows the vegies in two old satellite dishes! Thanks again to two wonderful and colorful hosts.You made our day, which was otherwise very nice. John, Robert, Ron, and Peter.March 2015.
